Transparent pricing: 20% of funds administered
We retain 20% of the funding we administer to cover grant administration, HR support, finance operations, reporting/justification support, and the infrastructure your team uses. If a funder caps indirect costs or applies specific overhead rules, we’ll propose a compliant structure.

What do you mean by “a department within Eticas”?
Your project operates under Eticas’ administrative umbrella with defined governance and clear responsibilities, supported by Eticas systems, processes, and staff—while you retain day-to-day scientific leadership.
Can you host Horizon Europe?
Yes. We can sponsor and manage Horizon Europe projects, including reporting and documentation requirements.
Can you handle EU tenders?

What about national funding?
It depends on the eligibility rules and the call. We confirm feasibility quickly during the fit check.
Do you take ownership of the research or IP?
No. You lead the research. IP, publication terms, and governance are set contractually to match funder requirements and the project’s needs.
Can we leave if the fit changes?
Yes. You have complete freedom to move your project elsewhere. If you transition to another host, we’ll help facilitate the process and support a clean handover.
