MEDAIGENCY – Mediterranean Health in Crisis: Harnessing AI for Resilience

Eticas is excited to announce the launch of the MEDAIGENCY Project – Mediterranean Health in Crisis: Harnessing AI for Resilience, co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme.

The three-year project brings together six partners from Lebanon, Palestine, Türkiye, Italy, and Spain to co-design and adapt AI-powered solutions that strengthen emergency preparedness, response, and recovery across the Mediterranean. 

MEDAIGENCY aims to:

  • Strengthen health systems’ emergency preparedness, response, and recovery across the Mediterranean region through AI-powered solutions.

  • Develop the capacity of service providers, and community groups to improve the management of health crises before, during, and after emergencies.

  • Promote and formalize the adoption and integration of ethically developed AI-powered solutions into national systems and existing institutional infrastructures.
