On 2 June, our Founder and CEO Gemma Galdon Clavell, PhD (also co-founder of the IAAA) is in Dublin for the AI System Audits and Assurance workshop at IAPP AI Governance Global Europe 2026, alongside practitioners working through exactly that challenge: how to design and implement audit programs that hold up — across model validation, data governance, risk assessment, and EU AI Act compliance. The organizations that will come out ahead aren't the ones with the thickest governance documentation. They're the ones that can demonstrate what their systems are actually doing, with evidence that stands up to scrutiny.
